Northampton Lawn Tennis Clubhouse

New clubhouse pavilion, car parking and & tennis courts

The former Tennis Club site was incorporated on the proposed site for the new Weston Favell Primary School.  Northamptonshire County Council agreed to provide new courts and a clubhouse on an adjoining site. SWB provided a full architectural service from RIBA stages A to L.  The new pavilion provided a large social space with kitchen and bar, male and female changing rooms and a covered viewing area. A new access road and car park was included in the works. The 6No tennis courts and floodlights was a separate contract.
