Adrian Ringrose
Architect and Managing Director
Qualifications: BA(Arch) Dip Arch DeMonfort University, AABC, RIBA
Memberships: Royal Institute British Architects, ARB
Architect Accredited in Building Conservation (AABC)
Approved Inspecting Church Architect for the Diocese of Peterborough, Oxford & St Albans
Diocese of Peterborough Diocese Architectural Advisory Committee Member (DAC)
Member of the Ecclesiastical Architects & Surveyors Association
Experience: Joined SWB in 1989 having previously worked with architects in Kettering and Leicester. He became a full partner in 2001 and now owns the firm and acts as Architect and Managing Director. In addition to the historic buildings, he is also SWB’s lead designer for the more contemporary projects in the building portfolio.
Aaron Freebody
Architectural Consultant and CDM Principal Designer
Qualifications: BTEC ONC in Building Studies. BA(Hons)Arch DeMonfort University Landscape design through the Open College of the Arts affiliated to the Open University
Memberships: Association for Project Safety
Experience: Aaron started working with SWB in 1987 before moving on to work with other practices in Northamptonshire. He now acts as an Architectural Consultant for SWB. Aaron leads projects through all the RIBA stages. In particular, he has working experience in the NHS healthcare sector and is proficient in 3D Revit drawing package.
Russell Christison
Architect
Qualifications: BSc BArch
Memberships: ARB, Member of the Ecclesiastical Architects & Surveyors Association
Experience: A qualified Architect who has been with SWB since 2016. Russell also leads projects through all the RIBA stages. He has excellent CAD skills including 3D Revit. Since joining SWB Russell has been an integral part of working on listed building and ecclesiastical projects.
Michelle Dagg
Secretary
Experience:
Michelle has been with SWB since 2016 and provides secretarial back up in the reception office.
Jane Hodgins

Jane has been with SWB since 2010 and is responsible for administering the accounts, tax, payroll and reporting to the Managing Director.
