New dwelling

This project is to demolish the existing house and build a larger new contemporary house with an increased footprint including an indoor pool, triple garage and an improved vehicular access onto the site.   The building has been conceived as a contemporary design around a rear terraced courtyard and two wings extending into the rear garden. The building will use aluminium powder coated windows, white render and external oak boarding to the gables. A 45 degree slate pitched roof will provide accommodation on the second floor with contemporary triangular dormer windows.
