Extension and Refurbishment of Isham House Ashby and Naseby Wards

Phased refurbishment of Ashby Ward and Naseby Ward located in Isham House.  The works comprised the internal refurbishment and extension of the existing residential mental health facilities, including the reconfiguration of internal rooms, improved m&e services and IT systems. The works were designed to ensure the facilities meet the Department of Health improved low-medium secure standards and include extended external courtyard areas.
